Department & Supervisor
As part of the Project Management Organization (PMO), the Producer is an integral studio
member and reports to the Director of Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, prepare, and many times, author key project documents and deliverables including but not limited to: proposals, communication briefs, budgets, schedules, estimates, statements of work, resource planning, etc.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans and status reports, actively tracking progress and timelines.
- Manage workflow for studio staff assigned to project team.
- Facilitates all communication between clients and internal studio stakeholders.
- Identify challenges early and collaborate closely with the project team, studio managers and clients to find solutions and implement accordingly.
- Work closely with the Director of Client Services and colleagues to determine the priority of work across the studio’s project portfolio and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
- Facilitate all project related meetings, creating and publishing meeting agendas. Lead meetings, record meeting notes and prepare meeting recaps for internal team and client.
- Ensure client understanding on approvals and sign-offs necessary for all key project deliverables and billing.
- Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to identify additional opportunities to support and serve clients' businesses.
- Positively contributes to the Project Management Organization (PMO), delivering a high level of client service and commitment to project schedules.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years project management experience in one or more of the following areas: website design, multimedia, broadcast, software development.
- Minimum of 1-2 years project management experience in a Web production environment.
- Working knowledge of Mac OS & Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office or iWork including proficiency in Excel / Numbers, and proficient in utilizing Microsoft Project or a comparable project management software package.
- Experience with Web development platforms and Internet technologies; more than just the casual internet user.
- Experience with all facets of interactive design and development processes including, but not limited to: interactive strategy, information architecture, usability, interface design, site implementation and quality assurance procedures.
